We’re here to make sure your concert-ready gear arrives on time and exactly how you expect it. Please review the details below before placing your order.

 

Production & Turnaround Times

Most items are made-to-order and ship within 7–10 business days (standard production)

Production time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Need something sooner? Reach out before ordering — rush options may be available depending on item and schedule.

 

Shipping Estimates

Domestic orders typically deliver within 3–5 business days after production

•Priority upgrades available at checkout

Please note: We cannot control carrier delays once items leave our studio.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email the moment your order ships.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 72 hours, reach out — we’re happy to help.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once transferred to the carrier, we are not responsible for delayed scans, mis-delivery or theft 

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 2 business days. We’ll assist with your carrier claim and replacement options.

 

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, or name/number items are final sale.

Please double-check: Spelling, Sizes, Color selections, Player numbers / jersey names

Changes cannot be made once production has begun.

 

Size Issues

Because apparel fits vary slightly by style and brand we do not offer exchanges due to size selection.

Size charts are available — please review carefully.

Reach out before ordering if you need help with sizing!

 

Returns & Exchanges

We can accept returns for incorrect items received & confirmed defects

Claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

After that window, cancellation is not possible.

 

Address Changes

We can update shipping addresses before your order ships.

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address you are responsible for reshipment costs.

 

Holiday & Event Season Notice

During seasonal peaks (concert tours, football, holidays)

Production may extend to 10–14 business days.

Carrier delays are more common

Order early to avoid stress!

 

Close Out / Sale ItemsAll Close Out and Sale items are final sale and not eligible for Returns Exchanges Refunds
